Job Description:

  • Direct activities of service technicians
  • Develop superior product knowledge aimed at maximizing uptime
  • Deliver exceptional customer service
  • Ability to prioritize competing tasks
  • Follow up with customers on their vehicle status
  • Answering phone inquiries
  • Open and close repair orders
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the diagnosis and repair of heavy-duty engines would be an asset.
  • Minimum of three to five years experience in a car or truck dealership environment.
  • Strong computer and organizational skills are a must
  • Carry out other duties or tasks as required by the Service Manager
