Parts Sales Advisor

Job Description:

  1. Be a 1st line support for parts sales; on the phone or at the parts counter
  2. Enter receipt and distribution of parts in the computer system
  3. Conduct a periodic physical inventory to assure proper availability of required stock, replenishes stock as shipments arrive
  4. Issue replacement parts to customers
  5. Issue replacement parts to internal mechanics
  6. Assemble and fill order as requested
  7. Check parts catalogue for proper part identification
  8. Fill out all vendor, customer, and supplier documentation
  9. Coordinate transfer of parts to other branches

Job Requirements:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent experience
  2. Other combinations of work/education equivalence may be required
  3. Knowledge of parts and equipment
  4. Excellent interpersonal relation skills
  5. Good computer and systems knowledge
