Oversee safety of all contractors and staff working in department – including supporting all corporate safety programs, developing Standard Operating Procedures, identifying, and eliminating hazards, and enforcing all safety rules.
Ensure compliance with all standards, programs, health and safety rules and regulations within area of responsibility.
Drive continuous quality, safety, and improvement through active leadership of employees.
Schedule and assign preventative and predictive maintenance
Lead, supervise and develop maintenance department
A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma
5+ years experience preventative/predictive maintenance systems experience
Effective leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of plant equipment, operations, and predictive/preventative maintenance systems
Knowledge of continuous manufacturing processes and improvement processes
Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental rules, laws, and requirements
Strong oral, written communication and math skills
