Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee safety of all contractors and staff working in department – including supporting all corporate safety programs, developing Standard Operating Procedures, identifying, and eliminating hazards, and enforcing all safety rules.
• Ensure compliance with all standards, programs, health and safety rules and regulations within area of responsibility.
• Drive continuous quality, safety, and improvement through active leadership of employees.
• Schedule and assign preventative and predictive maintenance
• Lead, supervise and develop maintenance department

Job Requirements:

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma
• 5+ years experience preventative/predictive maintenance systems experience
• Effective leadership, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of plant equipment, operations, and predictive/preventative maintenance systems
• Knowledge of continuous manufacturing processes and improvement processes
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental rules, laws, and requirements
• Strong oral, written communication and math skills
• Demonstrated organizational and management skills
