Perform electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of all plant equipment
Respond to all machinery breakdowns
Learn to troubleshoot and adjust various drives & instrumentation devices such as encoders, transducers, thermo-couplers within a PLC circuit
Contribute ideas and input to support continuous improvement within the facility
Monitor equipment performance, and document or communicate potential problems or areas of improvement
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge and experience with troubleshooting using Allan Bradley PLC’s and related equipment required (Micrologix, SLC500, Logix5, ControlLogix Controllers & A/B VFD’s
Minimum 5 Years experience as a licensed Electrician
3 or more years experience within a manufacturing environment
Capable of reading and interpreting electrical drawings and machinery schematics
