Job Description:

• Create, update, validated electrical designs and drawings covering power distribution, control systems, and instrumentation for all areas of operations
• Update single line drawings and the site wide power distribution system model
• Perform equipment failure analysis and making appropriate recommendations
• Reviewing proposed equipment replacement or upgrades including capital projects
• Monitor energy usage and design and implement energy savings projects
• Work with other engineers and maintenance department to complete projects (Planning, Scheduling, Reliability)
• Support the operations and maintenance teams with troubleshooting and continuous improvement
• Coordinate various “key” projects with “shut-down/outages”

Job Requirements:

• Diploma (engineering :  electrical) or other similar field  
• Five (5) years of experience in an industrial environment.   
• Eligible for registration with APEGNB   
• Any other combination of training and relevant experience may be considered  
• Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)
